COMEDK UGET 2024 - Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka Under Graduate Entrance Test acronym as COMEDK UGET is conducted by Karnataka Private Medical & Dental Colleges Association for providing admission to nearly 20,000 seats in Undergraduate Medical, Dental and Engineering courses in its 14 Medical, 24 Dental and 150 Engineering colleges.

Educational Qualification

For MBBS/BDS

Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination, recognized by State / Central Government. The last two years of study shall comprise Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject.
As per the Medical Council of India (MCI) and Dental Council of India (DCI) norms, the candidates must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates and OBC Candidates of Karnataka) taken together in PCB.
Aspiring candidates must secure at least 50% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates) in PCB in the Common Entrance Test.

Age Limits

He/she shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS/BDS course.

For B.E.

General Merit Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent qualifying Examination recognized by State / Central Government with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST candidates and OBC Candidates of Karnataka) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and should have passed these subjects individually.
Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Biology or Electronics as one of the optional subjects.
English as one of the languages of study is compulsory.
There is no minimum mark fixed for the entrance test. Hence all candidates who have taken the entrance test will find a place on the merit list as per their performance.

For B.Arch.

A candidate who has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects along with other subjects or a 10+3 Diploma recognized by Central / State Government and having obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in case of SC/ST and OBC Candidates of Karnataka).
The aspiring candidates should have appeared for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture with a minimum score of 80 out of 200 for both general merit and category candidates.
COMEDK will not be conducting any Common Entrance Test for candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. (Architecture Course) as per existing rules.

COMEDK UGET 2024 Syllabus

COMEDK UGET comprises one Combined paper for Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry that will be compulsory for all the candidates appearing for COMEDK UGET.
